The Supreme Court of India in 2018 (8) TMI 291 - SC Order, with Mr. J. Chelameswar and Mr. Sanjay Kishan Kaul JJ. presiding, admitted the appeals and stayed proceedings based on the impugned order until further orders. Tagged with SLP (C) no. 8295/2016.
