                              The Delhi High Court granted exemptions in C.M.No.19848/2017, stayed the order dated 20th April, 2017, and issued notice to Respondents in W.P.(C) No.4551/2017 & C.M.No.19847/2017. CESTAT was made a party in relation to a challenge to a circular dated 27th April, 2017. The next hearing is scheduled for 18th August, 2017.


                              The Delhi High Court granted exemptions in C.M.No.19848/2017. Notice issued to Respondents in W.P.(C) No.4551/2017 & C.M.No.19847/2017.
