Special Leave Petitions are dismissed. However cost of Rs.1,00,000/- imposed on the petitioner, by the High Court vide its impugned order, is hereby waived. The Court dismissed the Special Leave Petitions filed by the petitioner.Waiver of Imposed Costs: Despite upholding the High Court's decision, the Supreme Court decided to waive the cost of Rs.1,00,000/- that was imposed on the petitioner by the High Court in its impugned order. The Court granted this relief to the petitioner.Disposition of Pending Applications: Additionally, the Supreme Court mentioned that any pending applications related to the case are also disposed of as a part of this judgment.
