The High Court of Delhi rectified an error in an order, clarifying the petitioner's role as a Resolution Professional appointed by the Committee of Creditors. The court also directed that no coercive steps be taken until the next hearing. The application was disposed of, and the order was to be given dasti under the Court Master's signatures.
