Contempt proceedings - HELD THAT:- Learned counsel appearing for the complainant submit that order alleged to have been violated has since been complied. Placing his submission on record, contempt proceedings stands closed. The Gujarat High Court, in the case with citation 2022 (3) TMI 1472, had the Chief Justice Mr. Justice Aravind Kumar and Mr. Justice Ashutosh J. Shastri presiding. Mr. B S Soparkar represented the applicant. The order stated that the alleged violation had been rectified, leading to the closure of contempt proceedings. Notice was discharged.
