        <h1>Gujarat HC modifies order on Central Warehousing Corporation & Development Commissioner, APSEZ judgment</h1> The Gujarat HC modified an order involving Central Warehousing Corporation and Development Commissioner, APSEZ by substituting certain words in the ... Modification in the order dated 30.06.2021 - HELD THAT:- In place of the words “already identified and selected by CWC”, the following words will be substituted in paragraph 33(ii) & (iii) of the Judgment dated 30.06.2021: “identified and proposed by the Respondent APSEZL and finally selected by CWC subject to the time-frame prescribed in the present Judgment.” The Misc. Civil Application (For Modification of Order) No.1 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid modification. The Gujarat High Court modified an order in a case involving Central Warehousing Corporation and Development Commissioner, APSEZ. The modification substituted certain words in the judgment dated 30.06.2021. The application for modification was disposed of with the specified changes.
