In the meantime, the operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed. The Supreme Court of India issued an order in 2019 (2) TMI 2047 - SC. The petitioner deposited the default in TDS before any notice was issued. The operation of the impugned order is stayed pending consideration in SLP(C) No. 32875/2015.
