        <h1>IB Petition Dismissed for Non-Prosecution by NCLT</h1> The National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad dismissed the IB Petition due to non-prosecution as the petitioner did not show interest in prosecuting the ... Maintainability of petition - prosecution of the case or not - HELD THAT:- On perusal of the record, it is found that on 15.07.2020 and on 18.08.2020 the learned lawyer for the petitioner was found absent and, thereafter, on 29.09.2020, he has shown his appearance. Today also the petitioner is found absent. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case - the instant IB Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. The National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad dismissed the IB Petition due to non-prosecution as the petitioner did not show interest in prosecuting the case. The respondent was represented by Advocate Mr. Kamlesh Vaidankar.
