The Appellate Tribunal ITAT Bangalore dismissed six appeals filed by connected assessees as none appeared on behalf of the assessee and there was no request for adjournment. The appeals were taken as heard ex parte and dismissed following a tribunal order in the case of CIT vs. Multiplan India (P) Ltd. All six appeals were consequently dismissed.
