RLA Holdings Private Limited, - TMI The Corporate Debtor is liquidated, and Mr. Ardhendu Shekhar Raut is appointed as the Liquidator. However, due to various reasons, Mr. Raut is relieved from his duties, and Mr. Bimal Kanti Choudhury is appointed as the new Liquidator. The order stands modified as per Rule 154(2) of the NCLT Rules. The registry is directed to communicate the order to relevant parties, and a certified copy will be issued upon compliance.
