HELD THAT:- No good reason is made out to interfere in the writ petition and the same is dismissed. The High Court of Punjab and Haryana dismissed the writ petition seeking to quash summons dated 23.07.2019 issued to the partner of the petitioner by respondent No.2. The petitioner's request for the partner to be exempted from personal appearance was not granted. The court found no good reason to interfere and dismissed the petition.
