Respondent No.3 is directed to consider such application and pass appropriate orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 08.01.2015 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.5, Industries & Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 19.02.2015 for release of the seized vehicle, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of application. Petition disposed off. The High Court of Telangana disposed of a writ petition directing respondent No.3 to consider releasing a seized vehicle within three days of receiving an application from the petitioner. The decision was based on a previous judgment in a similar case. No costs were awarded.
