Review Petition against the order [2015 (5) TMI 447 - SUPREME COURT] - We find no error much less apparent in the order impugned. The review petition is, accordingly, dismissed. - In that case, while upholding the demand, levy of penalty was set aside. The Supreme Court dismissed a review petition against an order dated 5-5-2015 in Civil Appeal No. 7255 of 2005. The court found no error in the impugned order.
