Collector of Customs reported in [1992 (8) TMI 156 - SUPREME COURT OF INDIA] which is rightly relied upon by the Tribunal [2003 (6) TMI 260 - CESTAT, MUMBAI]. - Decided against Revenue. The Supreme Court dismissed the appeals, stating that the case is covered by the judgment in Thermax Pvt. Ltd. v. Collector of Customs (1992).
