        <h1>CESTAT Chennai Dismisses Appeals for Non-Compliance with Stay Order</h1> The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Chennai dismissed all appeals for non-compliance with the stay order mandating a pre-deposit of Rs. 3,00,000 within six ... Pre deposit - Held that:- Appellants were directed to make pre-deposit of ₹ 3,00,000/- lakhs within a period of six weeks. As the appellants submits that they have neither complied the stay order nor seeking extension of stay. Since the appellants failed to comply with the stay order all the appeals are dismissed for non-compliance of the stay order. The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Chennai dismissed all appeals due to non-compliance with the stay order requiring a pre-deposit of Rs. 3,00,000 within six weeks.
