EX. & SERVICE TAX, PATNA - 2008 (232) E.L.T. 808 (Tri. - Kolkata) The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Kolkata found that the issue of service classification was remanded for decision by the Lower Appellate Authority. The appeal related to whether the appellants should be registered for Clearing and Forwarding Agent service or Business Auxiliary Service. The Tribunal stated that the Registration Certificate could be amended after the classification issue is decided. The appeal was disposed of accordingly.
