The appellants filed a misc. application seeking to prevent the Revenue from recovering amounts pending their ROM application. The Tribunal allowed the application, directing the Revenue not to take coercive steps until the ROM is disposed of on 23-3-2005. The Counsel requested a copy of the order promptly.
