Declared provision immediate force of law upon bill introduction; terminates on enactment, government notification, or statutory expiry. A declared provision takes effect immediately at the end of the day the Bill containing it is introduced and remains in force until it either comes into operation as an enactment, is directed to cease by government notification made after a parliamentary motion, or, failing those events, ceases automatically on expiry of the seventy-fifth day after introduction.
