Refund of security deposit to e-Return Intermediary under earlier scheme to be made by e-Return Administrator within prescribed time. Where a person appointed as an e-Return Intermediary under the Electronic Furnishing of Income Scheme, 2004 made a security deposit, the e-Return Administrator must refund that deposit to the intermediary within the time decided by the Administrator.
