of <h1>Customs Valuation Rules 2007: Effective October 10 for Export Goods under Section 156 and Section 14 of Customs Act.</h1> These rules, titled the Customs Valuation (Determination of Value of Export Goods) Rules, 2007, were established by the Central Government under the authority of section 156 and section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962. They are set to be effective from October 10, 2007, and are applicable to the valuation of export goods. The rules were officially notified by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, through Notification No. 95/2007-Customs (N.T.) on September 13, 2007.
