Use Form IPS-I, pay 6000, and submit to the Entrepreneurial Assistance Unit for approval.</h1> An undertaking seeking to establish an industrial park must apply using Form IPS-I and submit an affidavit certifying the application details. The application is to be submitted to the Entrepreneurial Assistance Unit at the Secretariat for Industrial Assistance, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, New Delhi. Upon receipt, the Secretariat provides an acknowledgment with a registration number. A fee of six thousand rupees must accompany the application. Eligible applications for automatic approval, as per paragraph 6, are processed within fifteen days, with decisions communicated immediately. If ineligible, the decision is promptly communicated to the applicant.
