It must retain electronic data of the TCS Return and related documents for one year after the relevant financial year. The intermediary is required to maintain the confidentiality of information obtained during the process, unless permitted otherwise by relevant authorities. Additionally, the intermediary must ensure that its employees and associates comply with the scheme's provisions and directives issued by the e-filing Administrator.
