Fiscal privileges of diplomatic and consular personnel remain unaffected by the Convention when protected by international law or special agreements. Fiscal privileges of diplomatic agents and consular officers under general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements are preserved and not affected by the Convention; the clause was renumbered from 27 to 28 by notification no. 90/2017.
