Renewal of authorisation for existing authorised persons is available to entities already conducting such activities, subject to specified net worth thresholds and compliance with sub-regulations (5) and (6) of regulation 4. The application for renewal must be filed at least two months before expiry, and the existing authorisation continues until renewal is granted or the application is rejected.
