          <h1>Temporary import and re import of baggage require advance declaration and issuance of CBD-III or CBD-IV certificates.</h1> Passengers exporting personal effects (other than used items) must declare them before departure and receive an export certificate in CBD-III allowing re-import until first arrival or six months, subject to risk-based verification. Tourists may declare arriving personal effects for temporary duty-free import and receive a CBD-IV temporary baggage import certificate, which must be produced with the articles at departure and is valid until first departure or six months.
