Restriction on appearance before appellate tribunal: former chairpersons and members barred from appearing, acting or pleading before the tribunal. On ceasing to hold office the Chairperson and other Members of the Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange are not entitled to appear, act or plead before the Appellate Tribunal; this categorical post-service restriction on former members was added to the Rules by a later notification.
