Reference amendment: Section 6 clause (d) now substitutes Second Schedule in place of Third Schedule.

The amendment directs that in section 6, clause (d) of the Payment of Bonus Act the former reference to the Third Schedule is to be substituted and read as a reference to the Second Schedule, thereby redirecting the applicable schedule for matters governed by clause (d).
