Documents intended for use in proceedings before the Appellate Tribunal and not in English must be filed with an English translation. The translation must be agreed by both parties or certified as a true translated copy by the authorised representative engaged on behalf of the parties. No appeal or other proceeding is to be set down for hearing until all relied-upon documents are in English or translated into English and the required copies are filed.
