Publication of company officers' names may be authorised where the Central Government deems the circumstances justify disclosure. Amendment inserts an Explanation authorising the Central Government to publish the names of a company's directors, secretaries and treasurers, or managers, where, in the Government's opinion, the circumstances justify such disclosure, thereby expanding administrative power to require identification of corporate officers under the wealth-tax framework.
