Repeal and saving clause preserves actions under the repealed Ordinance by deeming them valid under the Act. The provision effects repeal of the Taxation Laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2001 while providing that, notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the repealed Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act, thereby preserving the legal effects of prior acts and actions.
