          <h1>Amendment to Wealth-tax Act: 'Prosecutions' Added to Section 42A(1), Publication Restrictions Explained in Updated Sub-section (2).</h1> Section 42A of the Wealth-tax Act, 1957, is amended by the Taxation Laws (Amendment) Act, 1975. In sub-section (1), the term 'prosecutions' is added after 'proceedings.' Sub-section (2) is replaced to stipulate that no publication regarding penalties under this Act shall occur until the appeal period to the Appellate Assistant Commissioner has lapsed without an appeal, or if an appeal is filed, it has been resolved.
