Payment details must be submitted promptly.</h1> When a penalty is imposed by the Competition Commission of India, the Secretary issues a demand notice to the concerned enterprise or person, with a copy to the recovery officer, using Form I. The notice provides a minimum of 60 days for payment. The penalty is paid via challan in favor of the Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
