Amendment to section 80G clarifies clause (i) now refers to sub clause (i) as well as sub clause (iiia). The amendment substitutes the phrase 'in sub clause (iiia)' in clause (i) of sub section (1) of section 80G with 'in sub clause (i) or in sub clause (iiia)', thereby including sub clause (i) alongside sub clause (iiia) within clause (i); this substitution is effective from the 1st day of April, 2000.
