of <h1>Section 7 Repeals 1981 Ordinance but Validates Actions Taken Under It as per Current Amendments.</h1> Section 7 of the Income-tax (Second Amendment) Act, 1981, repeals the Income-tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 1981. Despite this repeal, any actions or measures executed under the principal Act, as amended by the repealed Ordinance, are considered valid and treated as if they were conducted under the principal Act as amended by the current Act.
