<h1>1954 Amendment Revises Seventh Schedule, Expands Entry 33 to Cover Trade, Commerce, and Key Agricultural Products.</h1> The Constitution (3rd Amendment) Act, 1954, amends the Seventh Schedule by replacing Entry 33 of List III. The new entry encompasses trade and commerce, and the production, supply, and distribution of: (a) products of industries under Union control as deemed expedient by Parliament, including similar imported goods; (b) foodstuffs, including edible oilseeds and oils; (c) cattle fodder, including oilcakes and concentrates; (d) raw cotton, both ginned and unginned, and cotton seed; and (e) raw jute.
