Entry 3 is renumbered as Entry 5, with new Entries 3 and 4 for Bodo and Dogri, respectively. Entries 4 to 7 are renumbered as 6 to 9. Entry 8 becomes Entry 11, with Maithili added as Entry 10. Entries 9 to 14 are renumbered as 12 to 17. Entry 15 is renumbered as Entry 19, with Santhali added as Entry 18. Entries 16 to 18 are renumbered as 20 to 22.
