of <h1>Ratification Exchange Triggers Convention Provisions in Bangladesh and India for Subsequent Assessment Years</h1> This Convention requires ratification and the exchange of instruments of ratification to enter into force. Once the exchange occurs, its provisions will apply in Bangladesh for any assessment year starting on or after July 1 of the calendar year following the exchange. In India, the provisions will apply for any assessment year starting on or after April 1 of the calendar year following the exchange.
