of <h1>Income-tax Act Section 80P amended: Monetary limit in clause (c) raised to 20,000; sub-section (4) omitted from April 1970.</h1> Section 80P of the Income-tax Act is amended by the Finance Act, 1969. In sub-section (2), clause (c), the monetary limit is increased from fifteen thousand rupees to twenty thousand rupees, effective from April 1, 1970. Additionally, sub-section (4) is omitted from the same date.
