of <h1>India-Czechoslovakia Agreement Effective Post Legal Notifications; Applicable to Income from 1985 Onwards per Section Requirements.</h1> Each Contracting State must notify the other upon completing the legal procedures necessary to bring the Agreement into force. The Agreement becomes effective on the date of the later notification. In India, it applies to income from any previous year starting on or after April 1, 1985. In Czechoslovakia, it applies to income from any year starting on or after January 1, 1985.
