Exchange of information obligation: Luxembourg will extend any more favourable EU information exchange arrangements to India under the Protocol.

The Protocol provides that, for the treaty's exchange of information provision, Luxembourg will apply to India any post signature arrangement with an EU member that affords a more favourable or more effective mechanism for exchanging information, thereby incorporating superior EU or bilateral information sharing arrangements into Article 27 of the Agreement.
