Diplomatic fiscal privileges remain preserved despite treaty provisions, safeguarding immunities under international law and special agreements. Members of diplomatic missions and consular posts retain their fiscal privileges and immunities; nothing in the Agreement modifies or diminishes tax exemptions or fiscal treatment accorded under general international law or under any special agreements between States.
