It mandates year-wise reporting of refund applications received, sanctioned, rejected, closed under rule 7 of the IEPF (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Second Amendment Rules, 2016, and pending, with the operative effect of enabling quantified monitoring of refund processing. It requires disclosure of investor awareness and advocacy activities under section 125(3)(b), with the operative effect of documenting statutory outreach. It mandates administrative, staffing, meeting and appointment/vacancy particulars, and detailed statements of amounts and shares transferred to and from the IEPF (including transfers to the SCWF), budgets, reserve fund position, expenditures, and RTI metrics, with the operative effect of ensuring comprehensive financial and governance accountability.
