Publication of competition guidelines establishes prescribed form and commencement rules for issuing government guidance under competition law. The notification promulgates the Competition (Form of Publication of Guidelines) Rules, 2023, made by the Central Government under clause (mg) of sub section (2) of section 63 of the Competition Act, 2002, and specifies that the rules are titled as such and shall come into force on the date of their publication.
