Engagement of experts: enterprises may request appointment of experts to review cost determinations, with costs borne by the requester. An enterprise disputing a cost determination under regulation 3 may submit written reasons requesting that the Commission appoint expert(s); the Commission may, at its discretion, appoint expert(s) of its choice and the cost of such appointment is to be borne by the enterprise making the request.
