of <h1>Enterprises can request expert reassessment of costs under Regulation 3 of CCI Cost Regulations 2009; expenses borne by requester.</h1> An enterprise disputing the cost determined by the Commission under Regulation 3 of the CCI (Determination Of Cost Of Production) Regulations, 2009, can request the Commission to appoint experts to reassess the cost. This request must be submitted in writing, and the Commission has the discretion to appoint experts of its choice. The enterprise making the request will bear the cost of engaging these experts.
