Settlement application requirements and procedural limits govern filing, cure of defects, withdrawal and exclusion from consideration.

Regulation 3 requires a written Settlement Application with prescribed fee containing applicant identification and contact details, authorised representative particulars, proof of fee payment, Director General's investigative findings, full disclosure of facts, a detailed proposal addressing alleged contraventions and competition concerns, history of prior contraventions or proceedings, nature, gravity and duration of alleged contraventions, a non confidential summary of Commission prima facie opinion and DG findings, details of other authorities or courts, required undertakings and waivers, and any other information relevant to determining settlement terms and the Settlement Amount.
