Entry into force of DTAA triggers application to income from operation of aircraft in international traffic upon exchange of letters. The Agreement becomes effective upon exchange of letters certifying that each Contracting State has fulfilled its approval procedure, with that exchange to take place at Addis Ababa; thereafter the Agreement applies to income derived from the operation of aircraft in international traffic in each State.
