of <h1>Provisional Tax Collection Act 2023: Provisions effective immediately after Bill introduction, expire on enactment or 75 days later.</h1> A declared provision under the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 2023, gains legal force immediately after the day the related Bill is introduced. It loses this force when it becomes an enacted law, with or without amendments, when the Central Government issues a directive following a parliamentary motion via the Official Gazette, or on the seventy-fifth day after the Bill's introduction if neither of the previous conditions are met.
