This filing must occur within thirty days from the date the declaration is received. Additionally, the LLP must include the prescribed fees as outlined in the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009. This requirement is part of the Limited Liability Partnership (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2023, which governs the reporting of significant beneficial owners in contributions to an LLP.
