Entry into force: diplomatic notification by each party triggers the later notification as the operative effective date.

Each Contracting Party must notify the other in writing through diplomatic channels upon completion of domestic procedures, and the Agreement enters into force on the date of the later notification and thereupon has effect forthwith.
