of <h1>e-Dispute Resolution Scheme 2022 offers penalty waivers or immunity for applicants under Section 245MA with payment proof compliance.</h1> The Dispute Resolution Committee, under the e-Dispute Resolution Scheme, 2022, will provide a waiver of penalties or immunity from prosecution, or both, to individuals who apply for dispute resolution under section 245MA of the Act. This is contingent upon the receipt of proof of payment as specified in clause (xix) of sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 4, and is in accordance with rule 44DAC.
